Apologies

well today i realized that when i actually do get a normal amount of sleep i feel good all day, no drugs need for anything. you are impressed i know so no need to tell me. also i realized that i never buy the physical form of a CD any more so me and john decided to fix that today by going down to booboos and finding a great CD that i could buy and look at the cover outside of a computer screen. it cost 5 dollars extra but i think i was worth it. i think. i bought Guero by Beck, i like most of the songs on it so it was a really good choice.
this week we played Frisbee golf 6 out of 7 days and the weird thing is that i played worse then usual everyday, like usually i have one off day but i had 6 off days in a row.
